Chrissy Taylor

President & Chief Executive Officer

As the third generation of Taylor family leadership, Chrissy Taylor rose through the ranks to hold 17 different positions before being elevated to her current role as president & chief executive officer in 2020. Her two previous positions were as executive vice president & chief operating officer (2016-19) and president & COO (2019-20).

After originally joining the organization as a management trainee in 2000, Taylor’s early highlights include developing Enterprise Mobility’s consumer rental market in Europe (2006-08), the financial restructuring of Fleet Management (2008-11), managing the Car Sales business (2011-13) and overseeing North American operations (2013-16).


Taylor continues to foster the promote-from-within culture that has enriched her own professional career as more than 20,000 employees were elevated in fiscal year 2025. She has recently worked to advance the adoption of new technologies and product capabilities, exploring new avenues to optimize the business and drive future ambitions within mobility.


Taylor has been recognized by several industry media outlets and organizations. Her more recent accolades include Automotive Hall of Fame industry leader (2025), Cox Automotive Woman of the Year (2022), Women Leading Travel & Hospitality top executives (2021), Global Business Travel Association women of influence (2021) and Automotive News women leading the auto industry in North America (2020). In addition, under Taylor’s leadership in 2024, Forbes spotlighted Enterprise Mobility as one of the world’s best private companies.


Taylor serves several organizations, including the Business Roundtable, Business Council and Fortune CEO Initiative. She is a board and/or committee member for the Crawford Group, Crawford Taylor Foundation, Commerce Bancshares and St. Louis Children’s Hospital Campaign Cabinet, among others. Taylor also made history in her hometown as part of the first majority female-owned club in Major League Soccer (MLS) history: St. Louis CITY SC.


She earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Miami University, where she was an All-American field hockey player, and master’s in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
