Building Partnerships That Drive Mobility Forward

Enterprise Mobility works to cultivate a dynamic network of partners across the automotive manufacturing and services, insurance, technology and energy industries.

Our teams are dedicated to building strong partnerships across procurement, logistics, inventory management and contracts. Today, we continue to nurture new and meaningful relationships with suppliers who share our values and support our ongoing commitment to building a stronger, socially responsible, successful business on a global scale.

Working Together

Collaboration is a gateway to the next greatest idea, which is why we seek partners who are invested in working with us to explore new possibilities, opportunities and innovations.

Enterprise Mobility works to promote sustainable and ethical practices throughout our supply chain by encouraging suppliers and partners to share and uphold our values as outlined in the Supply Chain Sustainability Statement and Supplier Code of Conduct.

We want our suppliers to succeed right alongside us, and we work to ensure our partnerships operate as smoothly as possible. This is why we strive to offer fair and equitable purchasing and contract processes and well as provide prompt feedback regarding performance and business issues.

Supplier Expectations

We encourage and expect our suppliers and partners to maintain high standards of quality, integrity, excellence, safety, legal compliance and respect for human rights as well as satisfy and uphold our guidelines on how suppliers must behave internally, externally and beyond our immediate working relationship.

Additionally, we are consistently working to find ways to optimize our collective workflow — like our new source-to-pay (S2P) system — to streamline our business from every direction. Approved suppliers will simply need to register to take advantage of these efficiencies and collaborate more closely.

Successful applicants should meet most of the guidelines listed below.

Value

Suppliers should focus on quality, responsiveness, timely delivery of goods and services and pricing as part of the strategic sourcing review.

Capacity

Suppliers must have the capacity and distribution capabilities to meet requirements in geographic areas.

E-Business Capable

Suppliers should have the capability to conduct business using web-based equipment.

Diversity

Suppliers of all sizes and backgrounds, including certified small and disadvantaged businesses, are encouraged to apply.

Stability

Suppliers should have the ability to meet long-term obligations, if required.

Policy/Procedures

Suppliers should have policies and standards in place that support a positive business environment.

Supplier Code of Conduct

Our global Supplier Code of Conduct promotes a common understanding of what we expect of our suppliers. All of our suppliers should understand the code and adhere to its spirit and intent.
