Will Withington joined Enterprise Mobility in 1992 as a management trainee in Boston. After a number of promotions, he now serves as executive vice president of global operations.
In his current senior leadership role, Withington oversees operations for all Enterprise Mobility brands across North America and Europe, along with business rental, replacement & leisure sales, mobility solutions and product, as well as fleet acquisition and remarketing efforts.
In his first 10 years with the organization, Withington worked his way up through the rental ranks across Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire. He finished that run as a regional rental manager. In 2002, he started a four-year stint as regional VP in Houston.
In 2006, Withington became VP of rental for Enterprise Mobility's Arizona group. His next promotion in 2010 was to general manager for its Indiana group, and he then spent five years as GM for its San Francisco group.
In 2016, Withington came to the organization’s global headquarters in St. Louis. At different times, he managed for North Central and West Coast operations in the United States. He also had a stint overseeing Canadian operations.
By 2017, Withington added responsibility for key business lines including Enterprise CarShare and Exotic Car Collection by Enterprise. He became the VP of West Coast operations in 2018 and was then promoted to senior VP of North American operations in 2019.
Withington earned a bachelor’s degree from Saint Anselm College (N.H.). He currently serves as a board member for Our Little Haven in St. Louis.
With more than three decades of mobility industry experience, Withington continues to be a key advisor to Enterprise Mobility’s ownership family and all aspects of its operation.
