Broadening Horizons & Closing Equity Gaps

Enterprise Mobility is helping advance social equity in the communities where we operate. The initiative, called ROAD Forward and originally announced in 2020, has already helped empower over 1,150 local organizations.

At the heart of ROAD Forward are the values that have been part of Enterprise Mobility since its founding — to strengthen our communities, one neighborhood at a time. By 2030, nearly $165 million will be granted to local nonprofits and key partners through ROAD Forward to support organizations addressing social equity gaps in three key areas: early childhood development, youth health & wellness and career & college preparation.
